Flat Roofing Systems
Whether new build or refurbishment Sarnafil roofing systems provide a low maintenance roofing solution that is independently certified to have a life expectancy in excess of 40 years.
Any of the 4 system options can be used on a new or refurbishment project, your local Registered Installer can advise on the system most suitable for your roof.

Mechanically Fastened
The Sarnafil membrane is attached to the roof structure along one edge using specially designed fasteners and metal pressure plates. The next sheet of Sarnafil covers the fasteners and the sheets are hot air welded together to form a joint stronger than the membrane itself.

Ideal for new roofs or refurbishment
Versatile Sarnafil roofing is ideal for almost any kind of roofing project from new extensions to replacement of defective roof coverings.

Adhered
The Sarnafil membrane is bonded to the substrate using a Sarnacol adhesive. Individual sheets of Sarnafil are overlapped and hot air welded together to form a joint stronger than the membrane itself.

Ballasted
The Sarnafil membrane is loose laid over the substrate with individual sheets overlapped and hot air welded together. If creating a balcony a Sarnafil filter fleece is laid over the membrane prior to the installation of paving pad supports and paving slabs. Alternatively the membrane can be covered in 20mm - 40mm river washed gravel ballast after the installation of a Samafil filter fleece. Call us For information on our Flat Roofing products.
