We believe strongly in giving our customers breathing space, so they can decide for themselves which products will work best for them. Here’s how the process works:
- The customer considers having windows/doors/conservatory etc replaced, and calls Concept.
- We then arrange a convenient time for a Concept Representative (who is trading standards approved and has had checks on there history-which is fairly unique to double glazing companies) to visit the property, demonstrate our products, measure up and leave them with a free, no obligation quotation
- If they then agree after 7-10 working days to go ahead, the surveyor will take a more accurate measurement
- Then at around 4-5 weeks after the order is placed, we install the windows/doors etc
- Four weeks after installation FENSA send the FENSA certificate directly to the customer
When it comes to carrying out an installation in your home, whether it be doors, windows or conservatories, we are responsible throughout the whole job, respecting your home and taking great care to make sure that it is left as clean and tidy as we found it.
